    We were appointed by Henry Boot one of the UK’s leading property investment and development construction companies to offer our rendering services to a 700m2 building refurbishment.  
    • The Harrogate based, modern looking building is now being used to house the Smithers Viscient Environmental Laboratory. 
    • The project included a mix of a new block work extension to the rear and revamping of the existing façade with feature panels.  
    • We used the new Johnstone Stormshield render which is the only render system partly done in a vibrant 1.5mm top coat finish.
